English Literature

English Literature comprises of two exams: the first is 1 hour and 45 minutes and the second is 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Paper One:

For both of these questions, students are given an extract from the text to help them with their response.

Paper Two:

Question which requires an essay response on An Inspector Calls.
Question requiring an essay response comparing two poems from the Anthology, one of which will be given to the students.
Question requiring the students to respond to an unseen poem.
Question requiring the students to compare a new unseen poem to the unseen poem in the previous question.
